How do I return my items?
We hope you are thrilled with your purchases but if for any reason you wish to return an item then please do so within 30 days of their receipt. Please repack your unused items with care using the original packaging and then

DPD Local ReturnsLarger items: If your item is packaged in a box larger than 60x50x50cm and weighs more than 10kg then please email us at email@example.com with your name, address, order number and we will arrange for a pre-paid DPD Local label to be sent to you via email.
Please then print the label, attach it to your parcel and take it to your local DPD drop off point which you can locate by clicking here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some goods are exempt from being returned. These include our soap and lotiosn range: hand soap, hand lotion and dishwash liquid.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
When will my refund be processed?
Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
